1. Unit biosafety and biosecurity concerned individuals/organizations/institutions in Rwanda.
2. Improve the human health, agriculture, animal farming and environment sectors through the improvement of the biosafety and biosecurity in Rwanda,
3. Protect environment and biodiversity through the improvement of the biosafety and biosecurity in Rwanda,
4. Train our members and partners and keep them well informed on the latest developments in biosafety and biosecurity.
5. Establish professional guidelines, standards, and regulations for biosafety and biosecurity services in Rwanda.
6. Promote and co-ordinate the use of quality control schemes of biosafety and biosecurity in the country.
7. Advise concerned Ministries and other related institutions on biosafety and biosecurity policy.
8. Advancing biosafety and biosecurity as a scientific discipline through education and research.
9. Promoting the development of relevant work practices, equipment, and facilities in biosafety & biosecurity domains.
10. Raise awareness among civil society and public authorities on issues related to biosafety and biosecurity.
11. Develop collaboration and partnership with national and international associations / organizations pursuing similar aims / mission.
